Mariah Carey Secret Behind Her Sexy Look

Mariah Carey has been speaking out about the “bleak diets” that have helped her achieve the svelte new look she sported at Thursday's VH1 Save the Music gala in New York.

"My secret is bleak diets," the singer told reporters at the event. "I still feel like I have a way to go."

But the naturally curvy singer is insistent that she’s not striving for the super-skinny look.

She added: "I don't feel like you have to be a size zero. We should all just embrace who we are physically. I'm not supposed to be a stick figure girl. It's just not me."

Last year, the singer confessed that her "bleak" diet consisted of "basically soups and fish prepared really blandly.
