Lindsay Lohan has been mentioned in the divorce proceedings of rock start Tony Allen, and it's all related to a stint in rehab!
Stephanie Allen, while filing for divorce, has alleged Lindsay Lohan slept with her soon to be ex-husband whilst attending Cirque Lodge Clinic in Utah. Apparently Tony Allen's "conduct with another woman" led to the divorce, and 21 year old Lohan is top of the rumour list.
